Our 10 Step Marketing Plan

This is what we will do for you to sell your home as quickly as possible and for the most amount of money.

1. Multiple Listing Service (MLS)- Your home will be exposed to over 450 local sales people using the MLS within 6 hours of signing the listing, unless owners prefer a later time. This is very important because some large companies may like to sell their listings within their own firm before inputting the listing in the MLS system, this is a very dangerous practice because buyers working with other Realtors do not have an opportunity to compete for that listing therefore the Seller may not achieve the best possible price. Always ask potential Realtors how long it will take for your listing to appear on the MLS system.

2. For Sale signage- A professional sign will be placed on your yard, a sign that is perceived by Buyers to mean that your home is of a better value because of the low commission associated with our firm.

3. Web site- Within 12 hours of signing the listing your home will be featured on our website, www.bestquote.ca, as well buyers visiting our www.saynotorent.com website will be able to view your listing. Unless otherwise instructed by the Client.

4. Virtual Tours- (optional) within 1 week of listing your home we will provide virtual tours of the most presentable rooms of your home at a minimal one time fee payable upfront by the Seller, when listing on anyone of our full service plans.

5. E-mail Listing - We will e-mail the listing sheet to all of the buyers and sellers in our database.

6. Sellers Participation- Listing and feature sheets will be e-mailed to the Seller(s) to ensure that their property is advertised with all the features and specifications that the seller(s) deem to be of importance. Owners make suggestions and/or corrections as desired. The reason for this step is to ensure that the Seller(S) home is exposed in the best possible light.

7. Neighborhood Notice- Your home will be presented to your neighbors through professionally produced just listed flyers advertising your home. Our emphasis is to get the neighborhood involved in helping to find their new neighbour.

8. Advertising- Newspaper advertising will be used to generate additional exposure for your property.

Pre-qualify Potential Buyers- We take steps to ensure the Buyers that come to view your property are financially qualified and can afford the price your are asking.

10. Open House- Our open houses are unique because we qualify the potential buyers before they view, thus ensuring that only serious Buyers instead of tire kickers or neighbours view the home.
